Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging (including the shoebox, which must not be damaged or used as the shipping box).

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at area95s@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will cover the cost of return shipping and ensure a full refund.
